Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicles and equipment accurately using diagnostic tools. Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal vehicle and machinery performance. Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed service records and report findings to supervisors for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and provide effective solutions to enhance equipment reliability. What We're Looking For Required: Vocational or Technical Course completion in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive or equipment mechanic. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety standards and workplace protocols. Willingness to work on-site in San Juan City. Preferred: TESDA or equivalent certification in Automotive Servicing. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting advanced mechanical issues.
