Business Innovation Group (BIG) is the materials and equipment division of Caribbean Sign Supply. BIG provides professional equipment, technical support, maintenance, repair, and installation services for the signage and printing industries.Position PurposeProvide excellent technical service through the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring proper operation and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality technical service to customers.Diagnose, repair, maintain, and assemble equipment such as:Printers and plottersCutting machinesElectronic boardsTraffic control equipmentOther specialized equipmentInstall equipment sold by BIG and ensure proper operation.Provide basic customer training on equipment use.Inspect equipment received for repair.Complete and document work sheets in OTIXE.Verify parts received before performing repairs.Manage warranty cases with suppliers.Complete installation and service reports.Participate in physical inventory counts and daily SCRUM meetings.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow confidentiality and company procedures.
