Media Buyer Meta Ads for Large Accounts

We’re hiring a full-time Media Buyer to help scale high-ticket coaching businesses inside our fast-growing done-for-you agency.
If you understand that media buying is more than just launching ads, and you want to improve your ability to drive real performance and revenue... this role is for you.
Your RoleYou’ll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.
You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, and leadership to drive results and continuously improve performance.

ResponsibilitiesLaunch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaignsMonitor performance and make data-driven decisions to improve CPL, CPA, and ROASAnalyze campaign performance and identify bottlenecks (ads, funnel, or lead quality)Execute structured testing across creatives, hooks, audiences, and offersEnsure tracking and attribution are accurateFill out daily tracking sheets for each client
RequirementsProven experience running Meta ads (agency or freelance)Have experience managing multiple accounts with large budgetsStrong understanding of lead generation (experience with coaches is a plus)Ability to analyze performance beyond surface-level metricsFamiliar with testing frameworks and scaling strategiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveMust be FLUENT in English!Strong communicator and team playerMotivated to improve and grow in performance marketing

Compensation$3,500/month Opportunity to grow into a senior strategist role over time
