Medical Billing SpecialistAs a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for billing, bookkeeping, and ensuring that claims are processed and paid in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:Bill monthly for services rendered, ensuring claims are received and processed.Process Medicaid, managed Medicaid, Hospice, Medicare coinsurance, and insurance claimsIssue and manage private billing statements.Check the Medicare and Managed Care billing process to ensure accuracyConduct aging reviews and ensure collections goals are met
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical billing with the ability to follow up on denials, correct discrepancies, and manage the billing cycle.Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Hospice, and private pay billing is a plusCandidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in PanamaMinimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced-Level English language skills

Collections SpecialistAs a Collections Specialist, you will focus on ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. Your role will involve working directly with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues, negotiate, and gather documentation of collection efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:Follow up persistently on past-due accounts to collect outstanding balances through call, e-mail, and chat.Perform aging cleanup by issuing refunds, write-offs, adjustments, and reposting when necessaryNegotiate payment plans when applicable to achieve monthly recovery and resolution targetsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims and outstanding balances
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in hard collections or accounts receivableStrong phone communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage high-volume accounts and work in a fast-paced environmentCandidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in PanamaMinimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalentAdvanced-level English language skills
