Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify coding details and ensure accuracy. Maintain detailed records and documentation of coding activities. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with coding standards and practices. Assist in managing coding queries and perform audits to ensure data accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT) is a plus. Proficiency with relevant software tools is desirable. No prior experience required – ideal for fresh graduates.
