Responsibilities may include:Personal assistant to the physicianUpdate EHR/EMR with patient's recordsGather information for the patient's visitPartner with physician to deliver efficient patient care
Qualifications:A degree OR some units in allied medical course is preferredAt least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical AssistantAt least 6 months experience as a CSRREMOTE PATIENT MONITORING experience is a must2+ years bilingual (English & Spanish fluency required)Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and medical terminologiesKnowledge of US healthcare private insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare)
