We are currently partnering on a confidential search for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) to join a growing clinical research organization.
We are looking for a mid-level professional with:2–4 years of experience monitoring Phase I–IV clinical trialsSolid knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical operationsAdvanced English proficiencyExperience working with sponsors, research sites, and cross-functional teamsAvailability to travel
Key responsibilities include:Conducting site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visitsEnsuring compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirementsReviewing and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and study recordsIdentifying protocol deviations, data discrepancies, and site-related issues while supporting corrective actionsSupporting research sites to ensure proper study execution and data qualityCollaborating with project teams and sponsors to meet study timelines and quality objectivesAssisting with site selection, feasibility assessments, and audit readiness activitiesReviewing informed consent forms, case report forms (CRFs), and essential regulatory documentationPreparing monitoring reports and supporting sponsor documentation requests
