Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a high standard of communication. Resolve member issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear follow-up and issue tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems, ensuring timely solutions.
