We’re seeking a professional, member-focused Member Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Honduras. This full-time role offers a traditional Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, perfect for maintaining work-life balance while advancing your career in customer service. As a key member of our support team, you will engage with members via phone and email, thoughtfully resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a high standard of communication. Resolve member issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear follow-up and issue tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems, ensuring timely solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information. Identify opportunities to improve member experience and suggest process enhancements. Follow up diligently on pending issues to guarantee resolution and member satisfaction. Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards, contributing to a positive team culture. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in customer service or the service industry, with strong phone communication skills. Fluent English speaker with clear, easy-to-understand verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Organized with excellent follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and openness to constructive feedback.
