MEP BIM Specialist

Are you experienced in BIM coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems? We're looking for an MEP BIM Specialist to join in our team in Argentina and work on exciting projects across different areas.
The role: As an MEP BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing accurate and constructible BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review project documentation, identify potential conflicts, and ensure models meet the highest quality standards and client expectations. You will work on a variety of projects, including commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial, and mission-critical facilities.
Main responsibilitiesDevelop and coordinate MEP BIM models using Revit and related software.Review project documentation, specifications, drawings, and submittals to ensure constructible and high-quality models.Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes and coordination issues throughout the modeling process.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.Produce models in accordance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client expectations.
You're a fit if you have: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.3+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.Advanced experience with Revit MEP.Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.Familiarity with BIM workflows, LOD 350–400, and construction documentation.Advanced English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with international teams.Immediate availability to start.
