MEP Design Manager

Salary - Negotiable. Location : Yankin Township. Working day : 8:30am to 5:00pm. Working day : Monday to Saturday, Ferry provided. Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, with a preference for Master’s degree or professional registration. Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience in MEP design, with at least 10 years in a managerial role responsible for large-scale construction or commercial projects. Proven experience in mixed-use, high-rise, or luxury residential developments. Experience managing external design consultants and coordinating complex MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV). Technical skills include knowledge of MEP design principles, local and international codes, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, ETAP, Dialux. Soft skills include leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and fluency in English.
