About the role
HRS is seeking an MEP Design Manager. The location is Yankin Township. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Ferry provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering; a Master’s degree or professional registration is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience in MEP design, including at least 10 years in a managerial role responsible for large-scale construction or commercial projects.
- Proven experience in mixed-use, high-rise, or luxury residential developments.
- Experience managing external design consultants and coordinating HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
- Knowledge of MEP design principles and local and international codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, ETAP, and Dialux.
- Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
