MEP Enginner Junior

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design, calculation, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally by working alongside senior engineers on high-quality, sustainable construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, calculation, and drafting of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.Develop 3D MEP models using Revit MEP and create 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD.Perform clash detection and assist in the spatial coordination of different building disciplines.Support senior engineers with load estimating, equipment sizing, and generating Bills of Materials (BOM).Help ensure designs comply with local and international building codes and standards.Participate in coordination meetings and conduct occasional site visits for data collection.
EDUCATION: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.Language: English (B2 - C1) conversational
EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 years in MEP design, modeling, or coordination, preferably in BIM environments or international projects.JOB OFFER-Salary offer between 3.5 to 4.0 million COP, depending on experience. -Hybrid work model from Monday to Friday, with availability on holidays as needed.-Ongoing training and a clear career progression path toward Mid/Senior roles.-A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
