Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of our Italian menu and drink offerings. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene. Recommend wine and beer pairings to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to health and safety regulations. Process payments accurately and efficiently, managing cash and POS systems. What We're Looking For Required: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or mesero/mesera in a restaurant setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Availability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara. Preferred: Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage pairings, especially wines and craft beers. Fluency in English or additional languages is a plus.
