Job Title: Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Migration EngineerLocation: Brazil (Remote)Employment Type: Contract (PJ Hiring)
ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and implement Exchange Online migration and integration strategies.Support hybrid identity environments with on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).Perform Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations.Configure and secure cross-tenant collaboration.Standardize and document onboarding processes for new agencies and business units.Perform source domain discovery and Exchange object inventory.Prepare Microsoft 365 email accounts for migration.Review and migrate Public Folders.Execute email data migrations using Quest and BitTitan.Ensure secure adoption and seamless collaboration during Microsoft 365 migration projects.
Required Skills8–12 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and on-premises Exchange environments.Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and hybrid identity.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.Experience using Quest and BitTitan migration tools.Ability to design and implement Microsoft 365 integration and migration strategies.
