Microsoft Fabric Analytics EngineerWe need a really strong English.Offering a $5000 USD wage.
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer to support thedesign and delivery of modern analytics solutions. This role will focus on buildingscalable, production-grade data and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, and PySpark in a collaborative, multi-developer environment.This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong experience in end-to-endanalytics development, CI/CD, and team-based Power BI delivery.Strong preference should be given to candidates who have previously worked in mid- tolarge-scale U.S. corporate environments, regulated industries, enterprise analyticsteams, or large multi-developer Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, or Azure data platformprojects. The ideal candidate has experience working with shared assets, formal pullrequests, CI/CD, deployment pipelines, production support, stakeholder-facingdeliverables, and structured review or release processes.Recruiters should screen for evidence that the candidate has personally ownedproduction deliverables, communicated risks early, resolved post-release issues, andworked successfully in an environment where quality, traceability, documentation, andaccountability are expected.
Core Requirements (Must-Have)Microsoft Fabric + Power BI (Current Experience) Recent, hands-on experience (within the last 1–2 years) with:o Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Notebooks, Data Pipelines, and/or SemanticModels)o Power BI (data modeling, report development, and performance tuning) Proven ability to build and support production-grade Power BI solutionsPySpark / Spark-Based Data Engineering Hands-on experience using PySpark or Spark SQL for data transformation Experience working with large, complex datasets in distributed environments(Fabric, Databricks, or similar)Collaborative Power BI Development
Experience working in a multi-developer Power BI environment, including:o Shared datasets / semantic modelso Coordinating changes across reports and modelso Managing dependencies across multiple developers
CI/CD & Deployment (Required) Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for analytics solutions,including:o Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar toolso Deployment of Power BI, Fabric artifacts, notebooks, and pipelineso Managing environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod) Experience working in a complex analytics team with structured deploymentprocessesProgramming & Data Modeling Strong proficiency in:o SQL (advanced querying and performance tuning)o Python (PySpark preferred)o Power BI stack: DAX and Power Query (M) Experience designing scalable, maintainable data models (e.g., star schema)Ownership and Production Accountability Demonstrated experience owning production analytics deliverables in aprofessional, team-based environment. Proven ability to clarify ambiguous requirements, identify dependencies,communicate risks early, and drive work forward without waiting passively fordirection. Experience supporting promoted solutions after deployment, including defectinvestigation, stakeholder communication, and timely remediation. Ability to explain and defend technical decisions during code review, includingcode written manually, reused from prior work, or assisted by AI tools. Strong understanding that AI-assisted development does not reduce the need fortesting, documentation, review, validation, or personal accountability.
Professional & Communication Skills Strong ability to operate independently with minimal oversight Excellent communication skills, including:o Translating ambiguous business or research requirements into technicalsolutions
o Proactively engaging stakeholders to clarify requirements and validateoutputso Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong documentation practices (technical documentation, data definitions,solution handoff)
Strongly Preferred (High-Value Qualifications) Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)o Strongly preferred and considered a significant advantageo Candidates without certification must demonstrate equivalent hands-onexperience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI at an enterprise level
Prior experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture, including:o Lakehouse design (medallion architecture)o Data Pipelines and orchestrationo Semantic modeling in Fabric
