VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group (VUMI) is an international health insurance company offering exclusive major medical insurance products and VIP medical services to private and corporate clients worldwide.

The Middle Office Analyst – Investment Operations supports the execution, control, and reconciliation of investment-related activities within the Life & Investment Division. The role supports accurate processing of investment orders, portfolio records, and the flow of client funds across custodial and operational accounts.

The position connects Finance, Operations, custodial banks, brokers, and asset management partners. During the division’s start-up phase, the role helps establish operational controls, reconciliation processes, and cash management workflows to support the March 2026 launch.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor investment orders with approved brokers and asset managers, ensuring instructions are accurate and timely.
• Confirm trades are executed, matched, and settled according to trade instructions.
• Track trade lifecycle events, including execution, settlement, and confirmation.
• Reconcile investment portfolios between internal records and custodian bank statements daily and periodically.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly, escalating issues where necessary.
• Maintain audit-ready records.
