Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on-site. Assist in daily mining operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment and report maintenance needs. Support coordination of operational activities including drilling, blasting, and material handling. Document daily operational data, including production metrics and safety observations. Provide assistance during emergencies to safeguard team and maintain operational continuity. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve operational challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 / Matric. Strong skills in safety compliance, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Operational knowledge of mining practices and procedures. Ability to adapt and work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Previous mining operations experience preferred but not mandatory.
