Position Responsibilities: Oversea comprehensive market development, customer acquisition, sales implementation, channel management, and brand localization for the full range of products—including power conductors, high/medium/low-voltage power cables, control cables, and special cables—in the assigned country. Focus on key markets such as local power engineering, grid construction, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure and real estate, and new energy sectors; achieve annual sales targets; establish a robust regional sales network; and ensure compliant operations and sustainable business growth.Applicable positions: National Manager Level for Colombia, National Manager Level for Peru, and National Manager Level for Argentina (for local employees).
I. Market Development and Channel Establishment (Core Responsibilities)1. Responsible for conducting market research in the power cable industry within the designated country, comprehensively investigating downstream market demands across local grid projects, municipal infrastructure, industrial parks, renewable energy sources (photovoltaic and wind power), rail transit, and construction projects; performing precise analysis of market size, mainstream product specifications, pricing structures, competitive advantages, industry policies, and market entry requirements; and regularly producing regional market analysis reports.2. Establish and enhance localized sales channels, develop high-quality partnerships with power grid customers, engineering contractors, power construction companies, and equipment integrators; identify partners with the requisite qualifications, financial capacity, and local project expertise to build long-term, stable strategic relationships.3. Precisely target end customers, covering key clients such as local state power companies, regional distribution enterprises, large industrial and mining enterprises, new energy project investors, and real estate developers, to secure project orders, bulk procurement orders, and long-term supply partnerships.4. Tailored to local market characteristics and national access standards, promote targeted products, with a focus on key items such as high-, medium-, and low-voltage power conductors, general-purpose cables, flame-retardant and fire-resistant special cables, and photovoltaic cables that comply with local certification requirements, thereby establishing competitive advantages for localized products.
II. Local Compliance and Implementation of Product Standards1. Colombian Regulatory Compliance: Proficient in local RETIE certification and NTC series standards (NTC 51, NTC 174, NTC 1332, etc.), ensuring that promoted power conductors and high/low-voltage cables comply with local mandatory access requirements; assisting the company in completing RETIE compliance registration and documentation updates; coordinating with local testing and certification authorities to mitigate market access risks.2. Peruvian Regulatory Compliance: Proficient in Peru's INACAL certification, NTP-IEC cable standards (including NTP-IEC 60227, NTP-IEC 60502, and NTP 370.252), and local grid requirements for 230V/60Hz operation; well-versed in localized performance standards for power cables—including flame resistance, UV protection, and weather resistance; collaborates with the company to conduct compliance testing and obtain certifications, ensuring products are legally approved for sale and use in project bidding processes.3. Argentine Regulatory Compliance: Proficient in Argentina's IRAM certification, S-Mark safety certification, and the new electrical equipment regulations (169/2018 and 16/2025); well-versed in the dual IEC+IRAM compliance standards for local low-voltage cables and power conductors; keeps abreast of policy updates and promptly aligns product compliance adjustments to ensure compliance with local market sales and project acceptance requirements.4. Responsible for providing customers and distribution channels with precise explanations of local product compliance standards, certification requirements, and acceptance specifications; addressing all customer inquiries regarding product standards, operational compatibility, and compliance verification to enhance product recognition and conversion rates.
III. Customer Maintenance and Business Negotiations1. Responsible for daily maintenance and relationship cultivation with all local clients, conducting regular visits to cooperative clients, channel partners, and potential customers; monitoring project progress, procurement needs, and product feedback; promptly responding to client inquiries, quotations, sample requests, and other needs to enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rates.2. Independently conduct business negotiations, quotation and pricing discussions, and contract negotiations; develop reasonable pricing proposals by considering the local market price structure, competitor pricing trends, and order volume; precisely define commercial terms, delivery timelines, payment methods, and post-sale responsibilities to ensure smooth order execution.3. Responsible for local project bidding processes, collecting public tender information for power and infrastructure projects, organizing bid documents and compliance-related qualification materials (including country-specific certifications, test reports, and qualification certificates), independently handling bid registration, submission of tender documents, and follow-up responses to inquiries, thereby enhancing the project winning rate.4. Promptly address customer complaints, product usage concerns, and after-sales issues by coordinating with the company's production, quality control, logistics, and after-sales teams to investigate problems and implement solutions, thereby safeguarding customer rights and maintaining the brand's local reputation.5. Cultivate and lead the team in deeply participating in project lifecycle management, and annually dispatch 1–2 seasoned professionals to partner countries for market development initiatives;
IV. Order Follow-up and Payment Collection Management1. Provide end-to-end order management coverage throughout the entire process—from customer placement and order confirmation to production scheduling coordination, logistics shipment, customs clearance, delivery, and final receipt—by continuously monitoring order progress in real time and promptly resolving issues arising during production, logistics, customs clearance, or delivery to ensure timely and quality fulfillment.2. Strictly implement the company's payment collection system; oversee follow-up, reconciliation, and collection of accounts receivable from local orders; manage customer credit risks; maintain a customer payment history ledger; mitigate bad debt and overdue risks; and ensure timely fund recovery.3. Collect and analyze local order data, sales figures, and inventory turnover rates; combine this with market demand feedback to identify best-selling and slow-moving product specifications, providing localized data support for company product stocking, production capacity adjustment, and product iteration.
V. Brand Promotion and Market Reputation Building1. Responsible for localized promotion of the company's brand in target countries, leveraging industry exhibitions, power sector conferences, local business networks, and customer referrals to enhance the regional visibility and market share of the company's power conductors and cables.2. Collect information on local industry trends, new policies, competitive product launches, price fluctuations, and project bidding regulations, and synchronize this data with the domestic headquarters to provide a foundation for developing localized sales strategies, product adaptation plans, and market deployment strategies.3. Establish a strong localized brand image by standardizing product promotion, customer engagement, and business service protocols; leverage high-quality project cases and compliant product certifications to cultivate regional benchmark clients and flagship projects, thereby driving market growth.
VI. Data Review and Goal Achievement1. Meet and exceed the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, new customer acquisition targets, and channel expansion targets assigned by the company; develop personalized regional sales plans, break down objectives, and implement them systematically.2. Establish comprehensive customer profiles, channel records, project archives, and sales ledgers; regularly collect key metrics such as sales performance, number of new customers acquired, order conversion rate, and payment collection rate.3. Regularly submit weekly and monthly work reports along with market analysis reports to the domestic headquarters, reviewing operational issues, summarizing experiences, optimizing sales strategies, proactively reporting market risks, customer concerns, and business challenges, and collaborating with headquarters to develop solutions.
VII. Other supporting local initiatives1. Collaborate with the domestic headquarters to handle product sample shipment, qualification document updates, distribution of localized promotional materials, and client visit coordination.2. Collaborate with external resources such as local customs authorities, logistics providers, certification bodies, and industry associations to ensure compliant and smooth operation of business activities.3. Complete other tasks assigned by the company related to regional sales, market expansion, and compliance support.
