What You'll DoDesign, develop, test, and deploy .NET-based applications in a fast-paced environment.Help other developers and team members to ensure high-quality applications are developedWork closely with architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in .NET (C#) application development, preferably .NET 6 or newer.Experience with Python focused on data management.3+ years of experience as a Software Development Tech LeadStrong experience with SQL: schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.Experience with message brokers (Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS).Strong understanding of security, performance, observability, and scalability best practices.Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.Understanding of software design patterns, TDD, BDD, and SOLID principles.English B2/B1+.
Nice to HaveDevelopment and integration of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS, Apache Airflow, or similar.Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of the software development lifecycle.Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, Agentic AI solutions, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent workflow automation systems.Understanding prompt engineering, AI orchestration patterns, and AI-driven process automation.
