We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team in Colombia. This role will provide temporary backfill support while the primary NetSuite Developer focuses on migrating critical NetSuite functionality to the Compass Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting existing NetSuite applications, integrations, and customizations to ensure uninterrupted business operations during the migration period.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide development and technical support for the existing NetSuite environment.Design, develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0/2.1).Build and support SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder customizations, and saved searches.Develop and maintain NetSuite integrations with internal and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and SuiteTalk APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related technical issues and production incidents.Perform system enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to deliver business solutions.Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and development processes.Ensure development follows NetSuite best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.Participate in code reviews and deployment activities across development, sandbox, and production environments.Provide knowledge transfer and technical support during the transition perio

Required Qualificati
ons
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer.Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x (2.0/2.1).Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.Experience developing REST and SOAP API integrations.Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, and JSON.Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar is preferred.Experience working with version control systems such as Git.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and global team environment.Preferred QualificationsNetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification.NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification.Experience supporting ERP migration or transformation initiatives.Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of SQL and reporting to
