More information is available Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Panama City, with flexibility for some work from home. The Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant will lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. The role involves working closely with finance and operations stakeholders to streamline business processes, integrate ERP solutions with existing systems, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across entities. The consultant will document functional specifications, manage project timelines, support post-go-live optimization, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues. Regular communication with clients and internal teams will be expected to align deliverables with business objectives and adoption goals.Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization for enterprise environments.Proven Analytical Skills for translating complex requirements into clear ERP solutions.Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Solid knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, modules, and integration practices.Familiarity with Finance processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, reporting) and their alignment within ERP systems.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, including multi-entity and consolidation features.Ability to work in hybrid settings, managing onsite collaboration in Panama City and remote tasks effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP or project management are a plus.Background in systems integration, operational AI, or automation-driven workflows is highly beneficial.
