What You’ll Do:Lead Complex Projects: Lead the implementation, customization, and development of complex NetSuite projects, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices.Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of technical consultants and developers, providing guidance, removing blockers, managing priorities, and ensuring successful project delivery.Advanced Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with functional teams to gather and refine sophisticated technical requirements, providing strategic input on solution design.Integration Strategy: Research, design, and implement advanced integrations that significantly enhance NetSuite’s capabilities, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, define technical best practices, and ensure the highest quality and performance of custom solutions across projects.Resource Planning & Delivery Oversight: Support project staffing, workload balancing, technical estimations, and delivery planning across multiple concurrent initiatives.Expert Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance to customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal system performance.Mentorship & Talent Development: Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering technical growth, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, guiding them through complex technical challenges and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, functional consultants, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
QualificationsAdvanced degree in a technical field, coupled with significant experience in system integrations and custom software development.Experience leading technical teams, mentoring consultants and developers, and driving successful project delivery.Experience managing large-scale and complex implementations.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Drive and project management tools.Advanced English.
Will Add ValueExpertise in database management and SQL, enhancing data handling and integration within NetSuite.Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and a deep understanding of NetSuite architecture, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and integration capabilities.Strong project management skills, capable of leading projects under tight deadlines and complex technical requirements.Experience with solution architecture, technical estimations, resource planning, and delivery governance.NetSuite certifications and experience working within consulting environments.
