The Network Infrastructure Specialist at Lean Solutions Group is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the company's network infrastructure and technology services. This role supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of network systems while providing advanced technical support to internal users and stakeholders.The ideal candidate has strong experience managing enterprise network environments, servers, and connectivity services, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence. This position requires a solid technical foundation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support business growth and technology initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field3+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure management, or IT operationsExperience managing enterprise networks, including routing, switching, VPNs, and network security2 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and administration for LAN, Firewall, and Cisco Wireless platforms.CCNA certification required; training or equivalent knowledge in networking, load balancing, firewalls, and related technologies.AWS server administration experience.Experience administering servers and supporting critical IT infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and network monitoring skillsAdvanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level) is a mustAvailability to travel
