About the role
As a Network Analyst at bid., you'll monitor network performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve service across customer environments. You'll investigate incidents and trends and produce reporting that supports operational decisions. Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and analyze operational data across customer environments.
- Investigate incidents, trends, and recurring issues to improve reliability.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency.
- Produce reporting and recommendations for operational and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on improvement initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators and service metrics over time.
- Support root-cause analysis for recurring network issues.
Requirements
- Experience in network monitoring, analysis, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights.
Nice to have: Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Grafana; familiarity with network monitoring platforms; or basic scripting or SQL knowledge for data analysis.
