Network Solutions Manager

On behalf of Huawei we are looking for Network Solutions Sales Manager who will be in charge of:
Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers in the Carrier Network domain, covering Access or Datacom or DWDM technologies.Solution Storytelling: Present and demonstrate Huawei’s solutions to prospective clients, clearly articulating business value, technical differentiation, and return on investment.Market Representation: Represent Huawei at major trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars focused on telecommunications, IT, and cloud, showcasing our leadership in network innovation.Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: Work directly with customers to understand their specific technical and business needs, then collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose optimal solutions.Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate customers’ existing technical infrastructure, identify current pain points and future requirements, and recommend solutions that deliver significant technical and operational value.Ecosystem & Partner Enablement: Build and maintain long-term technical trust relationships with customers and channel partners, including delivering technical training, solution design support, quotation preparation, and co-hosting joint marketing events.RequirementsMust-Have:Language: Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language.Experience: Minimum 2 years of technical support or technical sales experience in Carrier Network areas (Access or Datacom or DWDM, or related fields).Industry Preference: Previous working experience with Telecom Operators is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.Mindset: Eager to grow professionally within the information technology and telecommunications industry.Preferred Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
