Service Provider Personnel Requirements: FE skill set list for Workplace Advanced (Network Smart Hands) ▪ Working technical knowledge, in orderto address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals andsite security equipment ▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the abilityto run workshops for information collation ▪ Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope,and able to work with intercompany teams ▪ Exercises independent judgment within defined practicesand procedures ▪ Assist with support of datacenter and application architecture ▪ Assist withtroubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, andfirewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team ▪ Knowledge of backup, tape, andexchange infrastructures ▪ Typically, 2-5 years of experience ▪ Ability to assist with configuring routersand switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team. ▪ Assist with the integration andcustomization of hardware components on operating system and networks under the guidance of theNutanix remote resolver team.Training: Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardwarereplacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 questiontest. FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician. Partner must not send anFE to site that has not completed this training.Language: Partner should provide an FE who can speak local country language in order to engage with thecustomer onsite. FE should also be able to communicate by Phone with the SRE in English.
