We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nanny dedicated to providing personalized care that supports the unique needs of children with autism. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized care tailored to children with Autism, focusing on their specific behaviors and developmental needs. Develop and implement personalized activity plans that enhance social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and recreational activities while ensuring a safe environment. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with parents about the child’s progress and any challenges. Administer first aid and handle emergencies according to established safety protocols. Create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages independence and skill development. Engage in continuous training and workshops to improve expertise in special needs childcare. Required and Preferred Qualifications Specialized training in Childcare or Autism Support is mandatory. Swimming and cooking skills are highly preferred. Excellent communication, patience, hygiene awareness, and time management skills. First Aid certification is a strong advantage. Minimum of 2 years experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
