NOC Engineer - Home Office

Location: Remote – LATAM**INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
Requirements3–5+ years of experience in NOC, telecom operations, managed services, or network support.Experience with network monitoring tools and ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms).Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, routing/switching, IPv4/IPv6, broadband, DIA, and managed security services.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends when required.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and troubleshoot enterprise network services.Manage incidents, requests, changes, and escalations through ServiceNow.Support SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, broadband, DIA, IPL, wireless, and managed security services.Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service issues.Provide customer communications, status updates, and RCA/RFO documentation.

ScheduleFull-time, approximately 40 hours per week.Multiple shift options available, including weekday and weekend coverage.Initial 3-week training and onboarding period before production assignment.
