💻 Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network systems in a 24/7 environment and respond proactively to alarms and service events.Provide Tier 1 technical and network support to external customers by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, connectivity, and network-related issues.Manage customer incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to manage dispatches, appointments, and service restoration.Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams while providing detailed troubleshooting information.Maintain clear communication with customers regarding outages, incident status, and service updates.Assist in maintaining network documentation, procedures, and operational records.
✅ Requirements2+ years of experience in NOC, Helpdesk, Network Support, or a similar technical support role.Experience with ticketing or incident management systems.Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.Familiarity with CCNA concepts and networking fundamentals.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.Availability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including on-call support when required.
