Job description:

Non-Trade AP Analyst (10 Month Contract)Job Purpose: Support Corporate Finance operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of non-trade supplier invoices, maintaining reliable accounting records, and supporting the effective operation of financial controls, systems, and reporting processes.Responsibilities (but not limited to): Process and record non-trade supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure proper approvals, coding, and compliance with internal controls. Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies. Ensure proper system maintenance, including updated mappings and interface management. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports for Group entities. Assist with internal and external audit requests and ad-hoc inquiries. Experience and competencies: Bachelor's degree or advanced student in accounting Fluency in English (oral and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
