Roles/Responsibilities:
- Pure Chat Support (Handling multiple customer conversations)
- Email Ticket Management (Resolving issues via email support)
- Real-Time Data Entry & Resolution (Using non-voice tools)
- w/o Experience (All levels welcome)
Qualifications:
- At least a High School graduate (Old or new curriculum)
- Basic to good written English communication skills
- Reasonable typing speed (e.g., 30+ WPM)
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules
