Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian and English. Provide accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions. Document and track customer interactions using internal systems to ensure effective follow-up. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Identify and suggest process improvements to boost customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluent in Norwegian (C2 level) and English (C1 level). High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience is preferred. This role involves working closely with a diverse, cross-functional team committed to delivering excellent service. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with support and operations departments to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
