Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, Spain

Jobs Mediator Ltd is hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. This full-time position requires fluency in Norwegian and English to deliver outstanding customer support and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian and English. Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. Record and track customer interactions in internal systems for effective follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Identify and suggest process improvements to boost customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for action. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Norwegian (C2) and English (C1). High School Diploma. Previous customer service experience is preferred. You will work closely with a diverse team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience. This role is based onsite in Barcelona and is not eligible for remote work.
