O365 EngineerExecutes Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, mailbox/data migrations, and DNS cutovers for acquired entities, ensuring a seamless transition to the client's collaboration environment.Reports to: Project Lead / Collaboration LeadKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute O365 tenant-to-tenant or cross-forest mailbox migrationsManage DNS record changes and cutover sequencing for mail flow, SharePoint, and TeamsConfigure and validate Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online post-migrationCoordinate migration windows with the Project Lead and affected business unitsTroubleshoot mail flow, licensing, and data migration issues during and after cutoverDocument migration runbooks and rollback proceduresSupport user communication and readiness activities ahead of cutoverRequired Qualifications5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Quest, native O365 tools)Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, and mail flowExperience with tenant-to-tenant migrations in M&A or divestiture scenariosPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent)Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and PowerShell scripting for migration automation
