This full-time role is vital in managing the smooth transportation of goods across international waters. You will provide exceptional customer service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient ocean export logistics. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to daily customer inquiries about ocean export shipments. Coordinate and verify shipment documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Resolve operational issues and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Track shipments and provide customers with transparent updates throughout the shipping process. Prepare detailed reports on shipping performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain organized records of all export shipments and customer communications. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with logistics software and ocean export tools. At least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in customer service. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation. As part of a motivated Logistics team, you will report to the Logistics Manager and work closely with sales and inventory management to align operations with customer needs.
