Of Counsel or Partner - General Liability - Hybrid Remote - Prominent Regional Law Firm

Well-regarded regional defense litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Attorney at the Of Counsel or Partner level to join their Talbot County, Maryland team.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of general liability or civil defense litigation experience. This position will include general liability defense.
In this position, the attorney will manage their own case files. This position begins in office, moving to a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in office per week once the attorney has acclimated to the team.
Competitive base salary $165,000 to $200,000, with potential to scale higher for candidates with portable business, bonus and benefits.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in Maryland.
