This full-time role is essential to supporting our power generation operations by ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas. Inspect and replenish cleaning supplies to maintain well-stocked workspaces. Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to promote a healthy workplace. Manage waste disposal and recycling following environmentally responsible practices. Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas. Support special cleaning projects such as deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Communicate effectively with team members and management about cleaning schedules and any concerns. Qualifications and Skills Skills: Attention to detail, time management, teamwork, communication, reliability, organization, physical stamina, problem-solving, and customer service. Education: No formal education required. Experience: Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not mandatory. As part of our team, you will report to the Facilities Manager and collaborate closely with other cleaning staff and departments to maintain high cleanliness standards. This role is not remote and requires presence at our Lephalale facility.
