Facilitate effective in-person communication while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality. Assist in preparing documents and materials for interpretation sessions. Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure comprehension of interpreted information. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve interpretation processes and share best practices. Stay current with industry terminology and cultural nuances. Adhere strictly to codes of ethics and professional standards relevant to interpreting. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English and at least one additional language. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior interpretation experience preferred. Knowledge of certifications such as NIC or CCHI is a plus. Familiarity with interpretation-related software tools. 1-2 years of similar role experience is advantageous.
