WORK LOCATION: Azampur Kachabazar, Uttara, Dhaka-1230
WORKING DAYS: Monday – Friday
SHIFT: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
BREAK: 1 Hour
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for confident, fluent, English speakers to join our On-Site Telesales Team for our USA-Based Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) campaign.

MCA experienced agents will be given priority.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• MCA experienced agents / candidates with previous USA-based sales experience
• English Medium students / graduated
• English candidates with IELTS 7.0+
• Fluent spoken English
• Strong pronunciation and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced telesales environments
• Target-oriented and confident personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to potential
• US-based business owners
• Communicate professionally with
• US-based prospects
• Work on the Merchant Cash Advance
• (MCA) campaign
• Identify customer needs and qualify
• potential prospects
• Present suitable MCA solutions
• Maintain personal records
• Follow company sales targets and procedures
• Monitor and maintain accurate details
• Maintain proper call quality and professional
• Record updated call outcomes accordingly

SALARY
৳12,000 – ৳25,000 PER MONTH
Based on experience and performance.
Salary will be determined based on MCA experience, English proficiency, communication skills, sales performance, and overall potential.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY
This position requires fluent spoken English.
