About the role
Mapal Group is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how hospitality businesses operate through technology. Its integrated platform helps restaurants, hotels, and contract catering brands optimize operations, empower their teams, and scale efficiently. The On-Boarding Consultant works directly with customers in a consulting capacity to determine, document, and prepare their requirements for successful implementation of purchased solutions.
The role is part of the On-boarding team, with responsibilities shared with the Project Manager on Enterprise projects, Product, and Integration Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ complex business requirements and communicate implementation approaches.
- Clearly articulate solutions as business requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead customers through the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and billable hours.
- Work closely with the Product and Integration teams to meet deadlines.
- Provide guidance and documentation for a seamless handover to Customer Success and Support.
Requirements
- Be highly self-motivated and solutions-oriented.
- Have exceptionally high organizational and time management skills.
- Have experience with SaaS.
