About the role
Data Vimenca is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of new partners across performance marketing programs. The role coordinates the partner journey from initial contract through technical integration, working with partners, internal departments, and the tech stack to support quick, compliant activation and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner onboarding and technical integration.
- Coordinate contracting and work across departments.
- Support process management and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, ad tech, or a related onboarding or account management role.
- Hands-on experience with Everflow or comparable platforms such as HasOffers/TUNE, Impact, CAKE, or Partnerize.
- Working knowledge of tracking methodologies, including S2S postbacks, pixels, API integrations, and attribution.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
