Onboarding Specialist JD

📢 We’re seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of new partners across our performance marketing programs. This role owns the partner journey from initial contract through full technical integration, serving as the central coordinator between partners, internal departments, and our tech stack. You’ll ensure partners are activated quickly, compliantly, and set up for long-term success.

📍 Qualifications:
• 2+ years in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, ad tech, or a related onboarding/account management role.• Hands-on experience with Everflow (or comparable platforms such as HasOffers/TUNE, Impact, CAKE, or Partnerize).• Working knowledge of tracking methodologies: S2S postbacks, pixels, API integrations, and attribution.• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication.• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
