Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience in sales support and upselling is a plus. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Previous customer-facing experience preferred. As part of Bill's Electric Inc, you will collaborate closely with chat representatives, sales teams, and management to ensure seamless customer experiences.
