Join Saiful as an Online Task Specialist in New York City! This part-time position offers a flexible, remote-capable work environment within a young, innovative company. Key Responsibilities Manage daily online tasks accurately and on time to support smooth business operations. Coordinate with team members through digital communication platforms to optimize workflows. Track task progress and report any issues to improve processes. Organize digital resources for easy access and usability. Participate in ongoing learning via feedback and performance reviews. Suggest improvements to increase task efficiency and team productivity. Provide excellent service responding to client and team inquiries. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. No formal education required; enthusiasm and reliability are key. Experience with online task management tools is a plus. Customer service or administrative experience preferred but not mandatory. As part of a small, collaborative team reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless online operations. This role is based in New York City and is not remote eligible. Compensation: $750 per year (part-time)
