What we're looking forA qualified teacher or experienced tutorFluent English (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)Available 15+ hours per week, including 8+ hours between 4–10 PM ET (≈ 2–8 PM in Mexico City)Comfortable with basic tech: reliable internet, a headset, and a computerA warm, strong communicator who builds real relationships with students and familiesReady to commit for at least 18 months — our students stay with the same teacher, so continuity matters (and it means steady, ongoing work for you)
