Key Responsibilities Assist customers with travel inquiries by providing detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and travel packages. Manage bookings and reservations accurately and promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand preferences and offer personalized travel solutions. Resolve booking issues using strong problem-solving skills. Handle multiple tasks efficiently while balancing customer needs and company goals. Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting additional services and upgrades. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education in hospitality or travel management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong time management and multitasking capabilities. Sales experience with a history of meeting targets. Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory. Work alongside experienced travel professionals and report directly to the Operations Manager who will support your growth and skill development.
