Key Responsibilities Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to create memorable travel experiences. Process bookings and manage travel itineraries using our online platforms while ensuring operational efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, destinations, and industry trends to deliver accurate information to clients. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, maintaining a high level of customer service in every interaction. Resolve client issues related to bookings and travel plans promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share insights on client preferences and improve service offerings. Meet personal and team sales goals, and track performance metrics to contribute to overall company objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in hospitality or travel preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate travel options clearly. Familiarity with online booking systems and travel software preferred. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry. Industry-standard certifications, such as the Travel and Tourism Certification, are a plus.
