Operador técnico

Duties:- Data entry and basic analysis- Technical and customer support- Monitoring and issue resolution- Coordination and communication with internal teams and external providers- Analysis and reporting- Handling inbound and outbound calls- Email management and correspondence- Case tracking – Manage cases efficiently to ensure timely and effective solutions- Ticket-based system management – Utilize a holistic system for tracking inventory and technical service requests
