CNC Machine Set-up/Operator (Waukesha)

BRELIE GEAR is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our growing gear manufacturing company in Waukesha. Set-up experience is preferred. Full or Part time, 1st shift position, Monday thru Friday. Pay is based on experience and starts at $18.00/hr.

Job responsibilities include:

Operate CNC Turning and milling machines
Monitor and document part quality data as specified
Maintain proper fluid levels on all machines
Meet with supervisor to discuss potential problems including any maintenance needed
Keep machine and work area clean

Qualifications that we require:

High School diploma or GED
Technical School or college course in CNC Operation; at least 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, customer specifications, quality standards and bills of material
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Strong mathematical skills
Some G&M code knowledge
