Job Requirements (What they must have)
> Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on operations or driver management experience at a ride-hailing company.
> Data & Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for tracking driver metrics and comfortable using digital tools for real-time operations monitoring.
> Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent capability in spoken and written Burmese to effectively mediate, coach, and manage a diverse driver community. Basic English is a strong plus.
> Problem-Solving Agility: A proactive, self-driven mindset capable of handling complex on-the-ground incidents, driver disputes, or rapid process shifts common in a startup environment.
> Driver & Fleet Management: Prior experience handling fleets.
