Operations Assistant

Role Description The Operations Assistant role is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting order processing, tracking inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves updating internal systems, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate records of operational activities. The Operations Assistant will collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve issues, assist with product inquiries, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
