Operations Coordinator – Legal Operations📍 Córdoba, Argentina | ⏰ Full-Time | 🌎 Advanced English (C1-C2)We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to lead Legal Operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth through strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities✅ Lead, develop, and coach high-performing teams. ✅ Drive operational efficiency and service delivery excellence. ✅ Translate business strategy into tactical action plans and measurable results. ✅ Monitor and improve KPIs, OKRs, and operational performance. ✅ Identify growth and upselling opportunities with existing clients. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. ✅ Ensure an outstanding client and Soulver experience.Requirements✔️ 5+ years of experience in Operations leadership or team management. ✔️ Strong experience managing high-performance teams. ✔️ Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2). ✔️ Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, Project Management, and Operational Strategy. ✔️ Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Nice to Have➕ Canva knowledge. ➕ Experience in Legal Operations environments.📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Colombia Time)If you're a strategic leader passionate about operational excellence, team development, and client success, we'd love to hear from you! 🚀
